Last updated: August 2026

Jetty 3 respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information we collect. We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Who we are

Jetty 3 (jetty3.com.au), ACN 688 467 889, is a specialist advisory practice providing governance and corporate secretariat, enterprise risk, strategic workforce planning and executive advisory services. For any privacy-related questions, contact us at info@jetty3.com.au.

What we collect

When you download a white paper, submit a contact form or otherwise get in touch, we collect the personal information you provide us directly — typically your name and email address. If you contact us by other means, such as email or phone, we may also collect any other information you choose to share with us in that correspondence.

We also collect limited technical information through standard website hosting and security logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. We use this information to operate and protect the website.

How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you fill out a form on our website, for example to download a white paper or make an enquiry. Form submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a website database. We don’t collect personal information about you from third parties.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • respond to your enquiry
  • send you the white paper or resource you requested
  • contact you about our services, where you’ve consented to this

When you download a white paper, you’ll be asked to confirm your consent for us to store your information and contact you about our services. You can withdraw this consent, or unsubscribe from future communications, at any time by contacting us at info@jetty3.com.au.

We don’t use your information for any other purpose without your consent and we don’t sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Where your information is stored

We use Hostinger to host our website and Google Workspace to deliver and receive email communications. If website analytics is enabled, we also use Google Analytics 4. These providers may process or store information outside Australia. You can review their privacy practices at hostinger.com/legal/privacy-policy (opens in a new tab) and policies.google.com/privacy (opens in a new tab).

We take reasonable steps to ensure any overseas storage of your information is handled securely and consistently with the APPs.

Website analytics and cookies

The site is prepared to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), but GA4 will not load until Jetty 3 configures a valid measurement ID. Once enabled, GA4 will help us understand how people find and use the site, including pages viewed, general location, browser and device information, campaign or referring source, and interactions such as calls to action, email and LinkedIn links, and successful form requests.

GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies and Google may process technical identifiers such as an IP address. We use this information to measure and improve the website. Jetty 3 has not added Google Ads, remarketing or user-provided data features.

Our hosting and security services may also use essential technologies and server logs to operate and protect the site.

Access and correction

You can ask us to access or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at info@jetty3.com.au. We’ll respond to your request within a reasonable time.

Complaints

If you have a concern about how we’ve handled your personal information, please contact us first at info@jetty3.com.au and we’ll work with you to resolve it. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au (opens in a new tab).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website, with the “last updated” date shown above.
